(AP) – The Coast Guard called off a search at dusk Saturday for a 20-year- old seaman lost overboard Friday night from the Coast Guard Patrol boat Casco. A spokesman said Commissaryman James E. Black, of Mansfield, was “presumed drowned” in Boston Harbor. Black fell overboard as the vessel headed out for an ocean station in the North Atlantic. Casco, police and private boats, conducted an all-night search.
